Welcome to my counselling website. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can work towards positive change and growth.​

 

About me:

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor

I work with adults and young people

I offer group, couples, family or one to one Counselling sessions

covering a variety of issues including: Trauma, PTSD, Depression, Bereavement and loss, Anxiety, Relationship problems and issues related to work and employment.

 

 

My aim is to provide a trusting relationship between us, this will provide a safe space in which I hope you feel accepted and understood.

 

 

How to get started:

 

When this therapeutic relationship begins you are able to explore your feelings and possible links to your values, beliefs, behaviours and patterns of relating, increasing your self-awareness and helping you to make sense of your experiences.​​ As part of my commitment to my clients I regularly attend continuous professional development training events to extend my knowledge and skills to ensure my clients are receiving a professional service from me.​

 

 

I am a member of the BACP  and offer Online/ Telephone and face to face Counselling Sessions.

Please note face to face sessions require 1 weeks notice period, due to room availability.

This is free of charge telephone consultation.This gives us the opportunity to talk and assess whether what I can offer works with what you are looking for.
Couples Counselling

Online /Telephone £45.00
In-person-£60.00


This session lasts up to 60 minutes.

Individual Counselling

Online/Telephone- £30
In-person-£45.00

This session lasts up to 50 minutes.

Family Counselling
Online/ Telephone -£60.00

Discounts&Offers

Sessions are at a reduced rate for Unemployed, claiming Jobseeker's Allowance or UC.
Students under 21 years of age are also eligible.

Sessions are paid for in advance through Paypal or Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session please give 48 hours notice and your appointment will be moved to a mutually agreed date.Failure to do this will result in payment lost. Please note I do not offer refunds, however, I can offer a credit note valid for 1 month.
