Welcome to my counselling website. I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can work towards positive change and growth.

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, I work with adults and young people on a one to one basis covering a variety of issues including: Trauma, PTSD, depression, bereavement and loss, anxiety, relationship problems and issues related to work and employment.
I aim to provide a trusting relationship between us, this will provide a safe space in which I hope you feel accepted and understood.
When this therapeutic relationship begins you are able to explore your feelings and possible links to your values, beliefs, behaviours and patterns of relating, increasing your self-awareness and helping you to make sense of your experiences.

I have over 30 years experience working with the general public this experience has been the foundation in my Counselling studies.
​
As part of my commitment to my clients I regulary attend continuous professional development training events to extend my knowledge and skills to ensure my clients are receiving a professional service from me.
​
I am a member of the BACP and offer Online/ Telephone Counselling Sessions.

This gives us the opportunity to talk and assess whether what I can offer works with what you are looking for.
Assessment Session

This session is required to carry out an assessment and for us to establish what you would like to achieve from counselling and any questions you may have.
This session lasts upto 60 minutes.
